BIOGRAPHY

“Long Jump is a daring and precision event. Its exciting and beautiful at the same time. To reach your flight stage in your jump is the ultimate, flying in the air for that view seconds I am in my element doing what I love. “

Lynique Prinsloo lives in Johannesburg, South Africa, and she is a qualified student from DSSA (Design School Southern Africa). She has got a deep passion for sport that made her become a coach. She is busy at the moment in three different high schools and primary schools.

She is representing South Africa since 2007 and she started competing in the European League in 2009.

She has been the South African long jump champion for 4 years.

In 2013 in Stellenbosch, she took an important step in her career setting her personal best of 6,81m; becoming the athlete with the 3rd best distance in the history of South Africa.

In 2013 she also took part in the 14th IAAF World Championships in Moscow, ending the season with 6,17m.
